Registration and Prices
Registration prices vary by week and are dependent on the activities planned for that week.
Weeks range from $200 and up depending on time of registration and which camp you are registering for. COTM offers our Austin Camp that runs in charter buses and our Satellite Austin and Satellite San Antonio camps that run in 15 passenger vans.
COTM does not pay admission into Schlitterbahn or Fiesta Texas. All other activities are included in our tuition price unless noted on the calendar.
We have three late return trips to Flying 'L' Ranch, Sea World and Schlitterbahn Galveston.
Camp on the Move Payment Plan
We are offering a payment plan this year with $100 down payment to hold your camp week when you register. You will have 2 more payments due before camp starts. Second Payment is due June 1st and your Final Payment is due the week before your week of camp starts. You will receive an e-mail reminder about your 2nd and final payment before they are due. You will need to login to your account and pay the remaining payments. Please contact us if you have any questions. COTM offers NO REFUND of the $100 initial down payment PER WEEK.
Early Registration, Refunds and Drop In Options
Discounts of up to $75 per week are offered if you register early. The deadline for early registration varies depending on discount schedule.
COTM offers NO REFUNDS for cancellations after April 30th. If you need to change a week after May 14th, COTM charges a $50 per week change fee and any additional cost difference for the week you are switching to. You may not transfer your week to another camper. We honor our waiting list.
We will take campers on a daily basis if the following requirements are met...
- Daily rate of $100 for new campers/ $75 for return campers and all campers are still responsible for payment of Schlitterbahn/Fiesta Texas entry.
- Placement is only reserved starting the Friday before the desired camp week.
- An online account must be created before your child attends camp.
Counselor-In-Training
Counselors-in-Training will receive a discounted price of $15 for each week they register. Remember, Counselors-in-Training must register for at least three weeks to qualify and receive the discount.
Park Passes
In addition to weekly tuition, there are several options for purchasing passes and/or tickets to Schlitterbahn and Fiesta Texas. You are welcome to provide your own. All other activities are included in the tuition unless noted on the calendar.
** For Charter Austin and San Antonio ONLY. Satellite Camps do not require passes.**
Prices for tickets or passes in Austin and San Antonio
- Schlitterbahn Annual Pass (11 and under) $102.83
- Schlitterbahn Annual Pass (12 and over) $146.13
- Schlitterbahn One Day Ticket (11 and under) $32.46
- Schlitterbahn One Day Ticket (12 and over) $41.12
- Fiesta Texas One Day Ticket (all ages) $54.05
- Fiesta Texas Annual Pass (all ages) $75.68 (Pass Book NOT included)
**Austin Camp requires Schlitterbahn and Fiesta Texas tickets/passes, Satellite San Antonio requires a Schlitterbahn ticket/pass and Satellite Austin does not require any park tickets/passes. These tickets/passes are NOT provided by COTM.**
**Ask Ronda and Debi for Park Passes at the end of camp. It is your responsibility to ask for the passes, we will NOT mail them to you as they have gotten lost in the mail in the past.
Late Pick Up will incur a charge of $1 per minute per camper. No exceptions.
