Personally Identifiable Information Collected
When you establish an online account with Camp on the Move (COTM), you will be required to provide personally identifiable information including, but not limited to: name, address, phone number, email address, campers names, physician and emergency contact information, allergy information, and insurance information.
In the course of their contracted duties, certain third-parties (such as web developers) will have access to personal information that you have submitted. These other companies will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not share that information with any other individuals or entities.
When you establish an account with COTM, we may use your email address or mailing address information to make you aware of upcoming events, news or other items. You may choose to opt out of these notices by replying to the notice and instructing us to remove you from further notices.
How COTM Uses Your Information
Information submitted to COTM will be used for, but not limited to, the following: camp registration, billing, notifications and reminders, e-mail notices and period newsletters.
COTM monitors visitor information, such as page visits, originating Web sites and search terms used to access the Site. This data does not include any personally identifying information and may be used to plan future marketing and Web development strategies.
To Update Your Account
To update your personal information at any time on COTM, please log-in to your account and go to the "Profile" or "Children" screens where you may edit your information.
Security of Information
Account usernames and passwords will not be distributed to any individual, either offline or online. For individuals who forget their password, a "Forgot Password" function is available which will send the account password to the email address attached to the registration. Users will be required to provide their correct email address in order for the system to complete their request.
For online payments, individual credit card information will only be used for the actual transaction and the credit card numbers will not be stored in any form on the COTM website or its associated databases. Transmittal of secure information will be encrypted via a SSL certificate and all form submissions that contain sensitive information will be handled using the secure HTTPS protocol.
COTM allows you to submit feedback to us. This feedback becomes the property of COTM and we may use this feedback (including testimonials and endorsements) for marketing efforts.
